With more than 20 years of gaming industry experience, he previously served as CEO of Global Cash Access, where he oversaw its 2014 acquisition by Everi Holdings, and spent 13 years at Shuffle Master in senior leadership roles including Interim CEO, Executive Vice President, President of the Americas, and Board member.

Kimo has served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer of AGS since 2015. With more than 17 years of accounting and financial management experience, he previously spent a decade at SHFL entertainment and Bally Technologies, where he led global accounting functions across the U.S., Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. Kimo brings deep gaming industry knowledge and steady leadership to AGS’ financial strategy, operations, and performance.

Sigmund Lee has been AGS’ Chief Technology Officer since 2015, joining through the acquisition of Cadillac Jack where he also served as CTO. Before that, he led engineering at Bally Technologies and built his career in fintech. Sharp, precise, and always tuned into the details, Sigmund has a thing for great timing, whether it’s in slot R&D or his appreciation for the Holy Trinity of watchmaking. When it comes to dinner recommendations, from hidden gems to fine dining, he’s got the range. Yelp tries, but Sigmund always knows better.

Kris serves as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Finance at AGS, where she works closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to align strategy and execution. She oversees treasury, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring strong financial performance and operational discipline across the company. Before joining AGS in 2013, Kris spent more than a decade in finance at Shuffle Master. Her expertise and leadership make her an integral part of AGS’ executive team.

Julia joined AGS as Chief Marketing Officer in 2015 and leads the company’s integrated marketing and corporate communications strategy, elevating AGS’ brand with customers, employees, industry stakeholders, and the media. She previously served as Chief of Staff at Scientific Games, supporting corporate communications and CEO operations for the $4 billion gaming and lottery supplier. Earlier in her career, Julia was Vice President of Global Marketing at Bally Technologies and Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at SHFL entertainment.

Kim joined AGS in 2017 and serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She oversees organizational development, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and drives initiatives that support AGS’ culture and people strategy. Before AGS, Kim spent 10 years as Director of Human Resources at SK+G, a full-service marketing agency, and held HR leadership roles with several gaming, hospitality, and technology companies including Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino, Resort Gaming Group, Leisure Industries, and Tririga.

Brad joined AGS in 2020 and serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Capital Markets. In this role, he partners with the executive leadership team to evaluate acquisition opportunities, manage capital structure initiatives, and shape the company’s long-term strategic roadmap. Before AGS, Brad spent nearly 11 years at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, where he was Vice President of Equity Research, Gaming & Leisure, leading coverage of the gaming, sports, iGaming, and leisure sectors, including AGS and other global gaming suppliers and operators. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York.

Bob joined AGS as General Counsel in 2023. He came to the company from Aruze Gaming America, Inc., where he spent more than five years in legal leadership roles including Global General Counsel, Global Deputy General Counsel, and Global Senior IP Counsel. Earlier in his career, Bob was Counsel and U.S. Patent Attorney at international law firm EIP, Vice President of Patents at Unwired Planet, and Associate General Counsel of Intellectual Property at International Game Technology. He earned his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Mark joined AGS in 2019 and serves as Senior Vice President of Slots, overseeing games product management, gaming operations, and sales administration. Promoted in 2021, he assumed responsibility for the overall profitability of AGS’ slot business, collaborating with R&D to shape strategy and deliver a competitive hardware and software portfolio. Mark brings more than 24 years of gaming industry experience, including over a decade in casino management and 13 years in gaming equipment sales and operations with Next Gaming, Scientific Games, and Bally Technologies.

John joined AGS in 2014 to establish the company’s table games division and now serves as Senior Vice President of Table Products. He oversees business development, sales, R&D, and product management for all AGS table game offerings. Under his leadership, AGS has built a robust library of game titles and a competitive suite of table equipment with installations worldwide. John has also led the acquisition of several of the company’s most successful products, including Buster Blackjack, War Blackjack, Criss Cross Poker, Bonus Spin, and In Bet Gaming’s portfolio.

Adam joined AGS in 2019 and serves as Senior Vice President of Slot Sales, leading North American sales and business development. With more than 20 years of gaming industry experience, he has built high-performance sales teams, integrated organizations following mergers and acquisitions, negotiated complex multi-year agreements, and earned a strong reputation for customer success. Before AGS, Adam spent five years as Vice President of Game Sales at Scientific Games and nearly 12 years in business development in the pharmaceutical industry.
